The K-Tek K-GPS is a general purpose Microphone Shock Mount for use on boom poles in ENG, documentary and other demanding audio applications. The K-GPSS is specifically designed for short microphones (such as the Sanken CS-1, Schoepps, Neumann etc).

The mount suspends the microphone firmly in two polymer mounts, each of which are secured in four places.

The mount stretches to accommodate 19 to 25mm microphones (As close as K-Tek could get to "One Size Fits All.") and easily attaches to a 3/8" thread.

With the addition of the K-WA (sold separately), the K-GPS General Purpose Shock Mount allows attachment of Rycote brand pistol grips and windshield accessories and other 3rd party products.
