The Varizoom VZ-ENGRIG is a shock-absorbing support with integrated mattebox rods for shoulder-mount broadcast and professional cameras. Adjustable suspension pod allows full-range motion while relieving strain.
The ENGRIG is the designed for "front heavy" full size shoulder camcorders. The camera front is supported by the "Active Suspension Support Pod" and a comfortable padded support belt.
The plate with matte box rods is compatible with most Sony, Panasonic and JVC quick-release tripod plates and matte boxes, and the adjustable support point enables balancing of virtually any shoulder-mount camcorder.
The EngRig carries the load, absorbs shock, and allows for locked positions. The support pod can be locked for long static shots or unlocked for flexible camera maneuvers.
For maximum versatility, the operator can tilt in all directions without having to disengage the pod, unlike comparable rigid support systems
